With more than two decades of leadership and management experience, James Jeff Fuller Sr. brings a deep-rooted commitment to Memphis. Born and raised in Memphis and a graduate of Westwood High School, he understands our city, our neighborhoods, and the opportunities before us. His experience in leadership, management, process improvement, and public service has prepared him to bring people together, solve problems, and focus on results.
For James, Memphis is more than a city—it is home. As a husband, father of three, and grandfather of two, he believes the decisions we make today must create a stronger future for the generations that follow.
